Failure in MCP tool execution: connection closed: calling "tools/call": client is closing: invalid character 'C' looking for beginning of value

Fixed in the upcoming release.

Root cause: When launch_app is called from the MCP server, it calls runSetup() which uses print() to write status messages to stdout. Since the MCP server communicates via stdin/stdout JSON-RPC, these print statements corrupt the stream — the client sees text beginning with 'C' (e.g. "Checking dependencies...") instead of valid JSON.

Fix: runSetup now accepts a quiet: true parameter that suppresses all stdout output. All three call sites inside the MCP server now pass quiet: true.
