Looks good. I think in the future we can delete *.pxd files and remove cython from requirements.

I've dropped cythonization by the last commit but want to keep pxd files at least for a while. Maybe we can reuse them as a part of our future provided public Cython-level API for easy using multidict from Cython extensions. |
