Docker workflow for Windows and Mac

Hi, seeing that docker support is only available for several linux distributions, but it's mentioned that it's also planned (to-do) for macOS and Windows,

1. are there plans to integrate this soon in the docker folder?
2. is it possible to even do this right now on Mac/Win and maybe you could just update the readme to give some instructions of what needs to be done

Sorry, no plan to add them on macOS or Windows.
I wait some few weeks before closing your request if noone wants to do the implementation.
