docs(readme): fix FAQ image path

• fix the broken README FAQ image path for "Run CAI against any target"
• point the screenshot at the checked-in docs/media asset so GitHub renders it correctly

The project has changed enough since this PR was opened that merging it today would require a small time machine and a very brave maintainer. 😄 The project has been moving fast, perhaps a little too fast for some of our older PRs to keep up. 😅
Because of that, we're going to close this PR to help keep the backlog manageable and aligned with the current codebase.
This closure is not a judgment on the contribution itself. In fact, if the idea behind this PR is still relevant, we'd be delighted to see it revived against the latest version of the project.
