Keys double press on Windows

Any key pressed seems to activate twice. Like pressing 'j' once will make the selection go down twice.

OS is WIndows 10. I've tried in Windows Terminal, Wezterm, and Powershell.

v0.30.3 doesn't have this issue, it only started with v0.31.0.

This seems to been fixed with version 0.34.0.

I am sorry to report but the issue is back in versions: v0.38.0 and v0.39.0

I confirm that this bug is present in gitu v0.39.0 on windows. Indeed it seems related to crossterm. The flip side is that it may be relatively simple to fix.

According to crossterm's documentation, the kind field in a KeyEvent should always be checked on windows, so a check could be added around handle_key_input() in src/app.rs so that (at least on windows) only events of kind "Press" are processed.

For now, unfortunately, this issue makes gitu unusable on windows.

@lbv that would make a lot of sense. I haven't taken the effort to get a windows VM up to test things. Perhaps if someone is able to compile/run on Windows, then it sounds like an easy fix.
