Doesn't work with multiple cursors

This extension only works when you have a continuous selection. When you have multiple cursors it only prints 1: on the first line.

When I designed this extension, I only considered the case of a single, continuous text selection. I wasn’t quite sure what the behavior should be when working with multiple cursors.

Do you have any suggestions for what kind of behavior would feel most useful in the multiple-cursor scenario? I’d really appreciate your ideas.
