Well, if you plan own perspective, than there is no sense to have those wizards inside Node perspective.

I also propose to make all wizards (excluding import) to start from Tern word
That will group them together

with #200 i'd like to make Eclipse-based tool a professional environment for Tern developers

And I want to make entry barrier very low
Right now tern is very unfriendly to new developers
