[BUG]: clicking "View all sessions" doesn't always close hovercard (web/app)

Description

If you click "View all sessions" for a non-active project, the hover card stays open. If you click "View all sessions" on the active project, the hovercard closes.

It should close in both cases.

This appears to be the same UI interaction bug where clicking "View all sessions" behaves differently depending on whether the project is active or not. Feel free to ignore if this addresses your specific case.
