[FEATURE]: Option to always show context tokens/percentage in header or footer

Describe the enhancement you want to request

PR #5968 moved context usage (tokens, percentage, cost) from header to sidebar. This is great for small screens, but inconvenient for users who need to monitor context consumption constantly without opening the sidebar.

Please add a config option to choose where context info is displayed (header, footer, or sidebar).

Additionally, I noticed that subagent sessions have no way to show context/cost at all, since sidebar is always hidden for them. This makes the config option even more valuable.

Yes please, the cost and usage used to show in the top right, and now I need to press Ctrl X + B for when I am using it as a terminal but as a pseudo sidebar in VSCode.
