What does this PR do?
Adds the popular Iosevka font to the fonts that can be selected in the desktop application.
How did you verify your code works?
Manual testing: ran
bun run --cwd packages/desktop tauri dev, almost fell asleep because of how long it took, but the application did finally start and I was able to successfully select the Iosevka font in the setting panel and see that it was indeed being used in the code blocks.Resolves #10103.
