Similar to antfu/changelogithub#78, but uses the similar code implementation as #20
But I don't know whether it is a hacky way to use so many regex and check the raw args, I personally like the way in antfu/changelogithub#78 more, so I left a TODO comment here, if you think it's OK right now, you can remove the comment and merge; or you can left a comment so I can help to impl
