Bug Report: Vietnamese Input Not Working in Claude Code Standalone

Environment:

• OS: Windows 11
• Claude Code Version: 2.1.34
• Installation: PowerShell script (standalone binary)
• Vietnamese Input Method: [Unikey/OpenKey]

Issue:
When typing Vietnamese , characters are deleted but replacement
text is not inserted, causing text loss.

Example:
Typing "tiếng" results in "ting" (missing "ế")
