SOLIDUI: Allow users to upload a profile picture

Description

Allow users to upload, update, and delete their profile picture, and display it in the AppBar and the navigation drawer.

• No errors from make prep
• All tests pass make qtest
• Users can upload, update, and delete their profile picture.
• The profile picture can be displayed in the AppBar and the navigation drawer.
