👋 Hi, I'm Adam Bayley. I have a BASc in Computer Engineering from Queen's University and I'm pursuing an MASc with a field study in AI (also at Queen's).
- MASc Candidate: Specializing in AI at Queen's University under Prof. Xiaodan Zhu.
- Text and Machine Learning (TAML) Lab Member.
- Developed a Flutter mobile app for smart home device control via BLE.
- Worked on mathematical analysis + development of transfer learning from LLM-based synthetic data --> reinforcement learning recommender systems.
- Built data pipelines from collection to machine learning models.
- TA for an undergraduate Arduino-based robotics course.
- Software lead for my university's Baja SAE Design Team.
- Coached and competed in CS:GO (amateur, semi-pro scene.); play / played top 1% in other titles.
- Worked as a lifeguard in various settings (private and for a city).
- Tutor and informal mentor to many.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, swimming, running, and coffee ☕.
