Ah.. OK I think I know what the problem is and why we seem to see more issues than the ones in main.

What we are checking now is `constraints-3..txt" -> but those are PYPI constraints (which means that ibmcloudant is attempted to be installed from PyPI. And we do not have this change in any PyPI yet. So we should have also the second check that I wanted to do - i.e. checking if "constraints-source-providers-" already contain the highest version and run another report with it.

If you look here -> https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/constraints-main/constraints-source-providers-3.10.txt you will see that ibmcloudant and ibm-cloud-sdk have already been upgraded in those constraints, because they use the "source" pyproject.toml - not the "ibmcloudant" provider from PyPI.

Let me add another option to the script and CI job for it.
