Dagun Gantt view is still displayed even when the selected time range falls outside the window

What happened?

Time range selected outside the dagrun time duration.
Grid view is not visible but gantt view is.

What you think should happen instead?

Gantt view also should not be visible.

How to reproduce

1. Start airflow instance on tag 3.0.2b2.
2. Create a dagrun for any dag.
3. From the dagrun settings, enable the gantt view checkbox, now gantt view and grid view both are visible.
4. Now, from time range selector, select a date outside the dagrun duration window, notice grid view is gone but gantt view is still displayed.
