Rework style for the `monaco-editor`

Throughout the application we now use the editor from @monaco-editor/react which is super powerful and a full integrated IDE.

It comes with its own theme and really look and feel different from the Rest of the UI.

It would be cool to rework sees so it integrates nicely with the App, similarly to the custom RenderedJsonField we had before.

Sounds good overall — Monaco is great, but I agree the styling feels a bit out of place right now. Aligning it more with the app’s look (like we had with RenderedJsonField) would be a nice improvement.
