  • Migrates airflow-core's usage of httpx to httpx2, following the general migration guidance here.
  • Stacked off the related task-sdk migration PR (Migrate Task SDK to httpx2 #73116) since there is some code overlap.

Do we need an ast-grep, Ruff has banned imports (I feel I asked this already somewhere else?)

@ashb Ah, yeah you're right that was on my separate PR for migrating the task-sdk from httpx → httpx2, and I forgot to take that into account on this PR which I had stacked off the task-sdk PR early on. Will do the same replace with the ruff banned-imports alternative 👍.

EDIT: replaced ast-grep with the ruff alternative in baf3f27

Ban httpx imports in airflow-core with ruff instead of ast-grep
c7c77b4 
Ruff's banned-api rule already covers this, so a separate ast-grep hook only
adds tooling. It also keeps airflow-core consistent with how the Task SDK
enforces the same rule.

@vatsrahul1001 I think we should probably merge this and include it in 3.4.0rc1. Any questions or objections?
