airflow.utils.email is deprecated in favor of the SMTP provider (#75414). The SendGrid emailer only uses get_email_address_list from it, so it now has its own private copy of that function. Behavior stays the same, and the SendGrid provider does not need the SMTP provider. This is the same change as the one already merged for the Amazon SES hook (#75711).

Testing: the SendGrid emailer tests pass. The copy returns the same lists and errors as airflow.utils.email.get_email_address_list for strings, lists, tuples and invalid input.

airflow.utils.email is being deprecated in favor of the SMTP provider. The SendGrid emailer only needs get_email_address_list from it, so it now uses a private copy instead, which also avoids a new dependency on the SMTP provider.
