#74022 moved the code that syncs Dag permissions from core into
FabAuthManager.sync_dag_perms. That method first shipped in FAB provider 3.10.2. With FAB provider 3.6.0 to 3.10.1, the Dag processor stops applyingaccess_controland does not log anything.This PR raises
MIN_VERSION_OVERRIDE["fab"]inscripts/ci/prek/update_airflow_pyproject_toml.pyto 3.10.2 and regenerate thefabandallextras inpyproject.toml.Was generative AI tooling used to co-author this PR?
