Update rust nightly version in build-native script

Since we are using the nightly version of rust, we should try to update to latest nightly before building.

i suggest using rust-toolchain.toml to specify working nightly version since updating nightly is a risky operation and might break dev environment. what do you think?

Yes, I think we should specify a fixed nightly version to avoid the possibility of different versions in user's local environment
