update arrow/datafusion deps to latest version #1147

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
currently we are using arrow-v53.0.0 and datafusion-v45.0.0, whilst the latest version is v56.0.0/v49.0.0
Describe the solution you'd like
i would like to update arrow/datafusion version to v55.2.0/v49.0.0 to chase the community, then we can evaluate some new technology, like https://github.com/vortex-data/vortex
