CI Cache Contamination: Spark Cache Includes Old Celeborn Client JARs

Celeborn-0.6 integration tests in CI are affected by Spark cache contamination: the cached spark-bin directory contains leftover celeborn-0.5 client JARs, causing potential version conflicts.
