init flink module #1852
Description
The current Flink module in Auron is relatively simple; we need to split it into four modules.
- auron-flink-planner：Code related to the flink table planner
- auron-flink-runtime：Code related to the flink table runtime etc
- auron-flink-connector：Code related to the flink connector, such as kafka connector
- auron-flink-assembly：Used to organize Flink Auron dependencies and generate a final JAR file that can be directly placed under the Flink library directory for use.
