Remove all references for 3rd-parties from "apache" PMC sites

There are a few (very few) references to Dagworks on the burr.apache.org that should likely be moved to "apache.org" space or removed (one notable here https://burr.apache.org/examples/chatbots/gpt-like-chatbot/ where Burr is mentioned as "by Dagworks". Those ar small things, but - as I wrote on the Hamilton list, it's a healthy approach where all 3rd-party links referred from the .apache.org (i.e. PMC communication) are grouped together in a place where it's clear that those 3rd-parties are not endorsed or controlled by PMC (https://airflow.apache.org/ecosystem/) - and where anyone can add any relevant link.

Decisions on what to do and how to approach it should be made - likely by PPMC before it is executed.

Is this still a priority and/or required? If yes, may I pick this one up?

@harishkesavarao I was thinking something like:

1. the first task of going through examples and docs and changing wording like "by DAGWorks". We can just remove that if that makes sense.
2. create an ecosystem section (something like this one in Hamilton) in the docs. Start seeding it with things.

We can then put this change up on the dev list for more visibility before merging.
