[Unstable cases]Fix Some commands forgot to mark meta track.

It will make unstable cases failed as:
ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "pg_statlastop_classid_objid_staactionname_index"

Call MetaTrackDropObject in functions:
RemoveSchemaById
RemovePublicationById
RemovePolicyById
