What problem does this PR solve?
when cast a literal L to string, it will call
new StringLiteral(L.getValue().toString()), for a ipv4, its getValue return a long value.Then we will have:
before this PR:
this PR fix this, it will change ipv4 getValue return a ipv4 class.
