new feature: publish the source and lock files for binaries (oli, oay...)

Feature Description

Could you publish the source code and lockfile for the binaries as part of the release ?

Problem and Solution

Not having the source code for binaries makes it hard to publish this to nixos which adopts a build from source philosophy.

Having the code for the binaries would make it possible to package to nixpkgs.

Additional Context

I feel I've already opened a similar issue but couldn't find it.

I looked in the repo but couldnt find the switch that removes the bin directories from the released source code.
Ive looked into workflows. Also i think somewhere it mentioned a release.py that doesnt exist.
Could you point me to the right place ?
