What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR adds native SAML 2.0 SSO authentication support to Ranger Admin, allowing users to authenticate via an external Identity Provider (IdP) without requiring any pre-population of users in the Ranger database.
How was this patch tested?
all tests are clean and i manually test and saml is working as expected.
