On Adreno devices double type is not supported by OpenCL. Modified `ceil_log2` operation to cast value to float instead of double in case of Adreno.

On Adreno devices double type is not supported by OpenCL. Modified `ceil_log2` operation to cast value to float instead of double in case of Adreno.
