Description
The Limitation of Liability section on the Terms page contains a duplicated sentence fragment.
At the end of the section, the following paragraph appears:
Whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
This sentence is already included in the preceding paragraph and is repeated unnecessarily.

The duplicated paragraph should be removed so that the section appears as a single, complete paragraph without repetition.
👎 Actual Behavior
The final sentence fragment is duplicated, resulting in redundant content in the Limitation of Liability section.
