What should be the crate structure

Looking at https://docs.rs/assert_cmd/0.9.1/assert_cmd/, what should be imported to top-level and what shouldn't?

Examples

• It'd be nice if the docs listed all top-level stuff together.
• assert, cargo contains details that aren't as relevant for most users and shouldn't be top-level
