Added verbose option for hspace_to_vertex, through options dictionnary

Sometimes, I have a spam of the except messages of hspace_to_vertex. Do you think we can had an option to desactivate it, through a verbose option?

Hmm this is kinda a critical error we can deactivate it as you suggested. This would be ok for me.

But do you have this problem often, the reason why this error message is shown is because the dimansion of the problem is not good.

Like you miss one dimension in your output polytope. For example it becomes 2d in the 3d space.
In that case you'll never be able to get a result with this method.

Does this happen to you?

The better option would be to call iterative_convex_hull method if the hspace_to_vertex fails. The ICHM method would be able to give you the result even if the output polytope is 1d or 2d in the 3d space.
