emozionalmente has now official test and train splits

They published a paper on Emozionalmente a few weeks ago under http://dx.doi.org/10.1109/TASLPRO.2025.3540662. It introduces now official train and test splits that are different from the splits we have defined. I'm not sure yet, what is the best way to handle this.

I think it makes sense to use the splits they defined. I would lean towards creating a new major version for this database, and replacing the existing splits with the official ones.

OK, I think in the long run it would indeed be better if we switch to the official splits.
