docs(readme): animate the benchmark chart and match its labels to the table

#218 added the Benchmarks section with a static chart whose value labels
are rounded to two decimals, so it shows 0.57, 0.74 and 0.92 next to a
table that lists 0.565, 0.744 and 0.915. Redraw
benchmark-kitscenes-3s.svg as an animated chart that prints the same
three-decimal values as the table. The bars slide out from the axis,
hold and retract on a 9 s loop, and the AutoE2E rows get a glow and a
moving sheen. All motion is in CSS, and the element attributes describe
the final chart, so hosts that drop the styles still show the full bars.

Drop the chart and header SVGs from this branch's first commit, which
#218 superseded, and say "compared here" instead of "we benchmarked"
because UniAD was benchmarked in #210 too but is not in the table.
