Implement symbols command

I don't know how it works.

Uploads the symbol files for the application to symbolicate crash reports with.
Path specifies the path to xcarchive/dSYM/DWARF for iOS or mapping.txt for Android.

Usage:
  parse symbols [app] [flags]

Flags:
  -t, --aapt string       Path to aapt for android
  -a, --apk string        Path to apk file
  -m, --manifest string   Path to AndroidManifest.xml file
  -p, --path string       Path to symbols files
