handel model meta attribute

meta attribute is used for sails-postgresql adapter for setting table schemaName (like client.t_order. "client" is the schemaName and "t_order" is the table name).

hi, a find this solution in stackoverflow and i made a lot of test. This code handel perfectly the select mode for the model, but not for the populate case.
So i moved forward to chande another module waterline-utils to handel the schema data in the join query.
I putted my changed in a fork git and i putted the link as "resolutions" in my package.json, like this :

"resolutions": {
    "waterline": "https://gitlab.com/mch-service/waterline",
    "waterline-utils": "https://gitlab.com/mch-service/waterline-utils"
  }

I hope you can merge this changes in the original modules for all the sails community.
