trying to bind to port 80 even though I disabled httpMirror #46

Description

@mcfiredrill

I put httpMirror: false in my homebase.yml, but homebase is still trying to connect to port 80.
I thought this would be the only reason homebase needs port 80, I assumed the dat server runs on a different port. Was my understanding incorrect?

$ homebase --config homebase.yml

== Homebase 2.0.8 ==

 ▶ Directory:    /home/tony/.homebase
 ▶ Ports:        80 (HTTP) 443 (HTTPS)
 ▶ HTTP mirror:  ✖ disabled
 ▶ Lets Encrypt: ✖ disabled
 ▶ Dashboard:    ✖ disabled
 ▶ WebAPI:       ✖ disabled

ERROR: Failed to bind to port 80 (EACCES)

Make sure the port is not in use and that you have permission to use it.
