Update Dependabot change note to include package names #299

What is the problem or limitation you are having?
Currently the change note is uninformative, e.g. Updated the dependencies group with 2 updates..
Describe the solution you'd like
Pull the change note information from rest of the commit message to include any line involving Update and construct the change note from that.
