Good stuff, but I think we can improve the framing of this :) I think that changing the chapter title to "Lifecycle Events" or something of that sort would be much more useful for beginners (hooks is jargon).
Then, reframe to:
- we have these lifecycle, events, which can be responded to with both hooks and observers. Here's how they work.
- Using hook
- Using lifecycle observers
- Contrasting hooks and observers
- Contrasting with RemovedComponents and Added filter

I believe I got everything that this page should cover, but let me know if there's something I missed. I also wasn't too sure if I should've expanded on the written explanations as the code examples I wrote should (?) detail things pretty plainly.
