Summary

Adds a blog post introducing the rp-why skill—a Goose skill that measures the cognitive complexity of human-AI collaboration using the Gas Town × DOK framework. The post explains how users can track their AI usage patterns, identify growth opportunities, and level up their prompting skills.

Also adds author configuration for Dakota Fabro.
