Improve test coverage for Python Iceberg Glue Catalog support

Follow up on: #927

We have tests for Python Iceberg reading/writing tables via REST catalog, S3 tables, Snowflake, and Directory, but no direct tests for Glue. We have tests for Glue catalog in BodoSQL, so we should be able to reuse that infrastructure.
