This is a cakephp/database abstract type, which is fine with the built-in backend.
We generate migrations with this type which is a cakephp/database type. It should be allowed in platforms that support it.

The
timestamptimezonetype is supported by cakephp/database and should be a valid type for all platforms that support it. There were a few other types that were missed as well.Fixes #976
