Description
Is your proposal related to a problem?
Sometimes, I want to allow a meeting outside of my normal availability. It's extremely frustrating that the only way to do it within cal.com is to change the availability schedule temporarily, make the appointment, and then change it back. Other calendar softwares allow manual scheduling on the back end. Cal.com should too.
Describe the solution you'd like
Provide an option to manually create events from within the user account which allows users to disregard the availability schedule
Describe alternatives you've considered
The only workaround I have found is to change the availability schedule, make the appointment, and then change the availability schedule back, with fingers crossed that no one tries to book an appointment during those few minutes and picks a time I don't want to offer. I have also created appointments directly in my own calendar; however, that removes the ease with which a client could reschedule as well as the automated reminders that are so helpful in making sure no one forgets about the meeting. I also considered switching calendar software, but I like so many of cal.com's features that I'd prefer not to.
Additional context
This option should be available for scheduling team meetings as well, if implemented.
