Hotw to use "mini-css-extract-plugin" with "webpack-isomorphic-tools" ?

Webpack 4 introduced mini-css-extract-plugin which is the default now and should be used instead of extract-text-webpack-plugin.
This project is not maintained anymore, so it's just in "legacy-mode".
For Webpack 4 support migrate to something else.
For example, to universal-webpack
