Incorrectly themed actions page

• transparent background on the sticky header
• no visual separation between the sidebar and the output pane
• no hover/active effect
• no colors in output

for comparison, with downstream catppuccin codeberg it looks like this (much better) (live here):

i believe this is due to the fact that on codeberg the userstyle is applied on top of the default styles, and with forgejo themes directly the css file is replaced completely

Sadly I can't since that is a private Gitea instance not accessible to the public and only to a project I am working on with people.

Understood. I unfortunately don't want to spend the time right now setting up gitea actions to reproduce this issue so I'll most likely need to wait for a public link that shows the issue so that I can inspect element page.

I've just realised that the original link in the issue is working for me again, and I think I know what the issue is.
