New odmlib features to support ODM v2

Create a new version of odmlib that implements ODM v2.0 and improves the developer experience for processing ODM for CRFs and Define-XML. Some examples of new features or improvements include:

• ODM v2.0 model integration and tests
• Better error handlung including structured exception hierarchy and collect-all validation errors
• Fluent builder APU
• Context managers
• Features for CORE (e.g. generate tabular representations of define-xml metadata)
• Type hints
• Better documentation

New features are all implemented and pass the tests. They're undergoing some additional review and testing. I've created most of the new example programs as Jupyter Notebooks, but I have 1 additional notebook to create.
