Improve odmlib documentation

Improve the developer odmlib documentation and create a summary of the new features.

This is another task that I can try to run through my documentation agent. I will try this the week starting April 13, 2026. I will create the documentation in the odmlib repo and it can be shared on the pypi page and through the repo.

Thanks. I've generated updated documentation in the develop branch. I haven't reviewed all of it. I'll be interested to see what your agent adds to the mix.
