Menu goes away automatically

In the menu example, the menu appears when I go in the direction of the button but disappears after a few seconds even though my cursor went on the button supposed to show the menu, so I don't even have the time to read all the entries in the menu.
Worse, if the menu appears, I move my cursor to the menu to choose an entry, but I didn't decide myself within 2 seconds, and the menu disappears, not caring that my cursor is on the menu, wtf!
This is a huge no-go.

Looks like that's an issue with the example, not the library, i.e. the aimExit callback (occurs when a certain strength value decays to 0) supplied in the example is simply calling $('#menu').hide().

In actual usage, you could change aimExit to only close the menu if the mouse isn't still hovering over the menu or the "hamburger" symbol. But then you'd also want to hide the menu by some other means, perhaps their mouseleave events.

@mc808 That's right. It's about how you decide to show the menu.

I'm modifying the code for some usability improvements. We'll see if it works better.
