In the attached file, if the user makes a permutation and puts for instance dtheta to 1, which is the model default (one level higher than the experiment), then the model omits saving the dtheta setting alltogether.
If the user then downloads the data and starts the CLASS setup from there, the dtheta defaults to the experiment value, which is in this case 2 and not 1.
This is a high-priority bug to fix, because now we cannot rely on the saving of cases, because we are not sure if all settings are correctly set, unless we check all values one by one.
